Event Identity and Program Booklet Design

Whiteflag Publishers, Mumbai, initiated this event where eight
world-renowned architects and planners from different backgrounds and cultures were invited to share their work to the professional as well as academic community in Mumbai. Kena team was involved in the design of event identity as well as design of signage, brochures and event booklet.

The logo is a typographic solution to communicate diversity in culture, contexts and purpose, which was the main theme of the event that invited speakers and presenters from different parts of the world. The conference covered 3 distinct areas of architecture, Public Spaces, Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture. The Typography uses 3 distinct treatments to represent the different areas the conference was planned to address. The colours are bold and immediately recognizable along with the Identity.
The 24-page brochure was designed to communicate the event’s highlights and to provide a detailed profile of the speakers.
