The logo, being true to the name (Maitri is Sanskrit for Friendship) of the project, is designed to represent friendship and a spirit of community since the project was initiated by a group of close friends who wished to live close to each other.
The brochure designed by Kena team further enhances the spirit of friendship and community through illustrated pages, which communicate unique features of this development. The site plan is accommodated in a two-fold gatefold so that customers can view each and every detail of the design features and landscaped areas. Each villa type is shown in daylight as well a night view.
