Kumkum Nadig, with a unique multifaceted design background, brings with her an ability to draw from across disciplines to address a design issue. Her education includes undergraduate degree in Architecture (Bombay), M.Des. in Industrial Design (IDC,IIT, Bombay), and, MFA in Graphic Design (Cranbrook Academy of Art, Michigan, USA).Kumkum brings with her over 20 years of multinational experience as a design professional, and 10 years of teaching experience in India and Canada.
Her work spans from being freelance graphic designer in USA, to in-house graphic design for Philips International in The Netherlands, to setting up and running two design practices: Leubin Design (1990–1999), and presently Kena Design in Bangalore.
Kumkum’s continued interest in design education has resulted in her taking on additional responsibility as the program head of Visual Communication Design at Srishti School of Art, Design & Technology, Bangalore.

Kumar Nadig is one of the very few professionals whose education and work spans architecture, design, and business management. With an undergraduate degree in Architecture (Bangalore University), M. Des. in Industrial Design (IDC, IIT, Bombay), MFA in Product Design (Cranbrook Academy of Art, Michigan, USA) and MBA from University of Toronto; Kumar is truly able to apply design thinking to business and vice versa.Kumar brings with him over 25 years of multinational experience as a design professional, design manager and an entrepreneur. He has helped setup and direct not only Leubin Design and Kena Design, but is also a cofounder and CEO of a construction and development company.
Kumar’s entrepreneurial and visionary nature has awarded him key management positions on the board of directors of two other companies: AEC Infotech, a project management company based in Bangalore & Dubai; and Red Rooster Racing, a racing and championship training company based in Bangalore.

Prachi's interests lie in Narrative Art and its impact on Publication Design.
She holds a special place at Kena Design as having joined Kena Design on the first day of its inception in February 2007.
Prachi is a graduate of Srishti School of Art, Design & Technology, Bangalore, with a specialization in Visual Communication Design. - NAVITA MONTEIRO

Navita is a graduate of Srishti School of Art, Design & Technology, Bangalore, with a specialization in Visual Communication Design. Her interests lie in Brand Positioning and Communication. - GINA ODATHUPARAMBIL
Gina studied design at the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt, Germany. After graduating in 2007 with specialization in Visual Communication Design, Gina worked in Frankfurt for a period of 2 years before joining Kena team in October 2009. Gina is passionate about design for the print media.
